The child prices listed on the Balkan Holidays website, are determined by a child's age, which will vary by destination and accommodation.
For holidays to any of the Bulgarian beach resorts or Bulgarian lakes and mountains holidays the child ages vary between 2-11 and 2-12 years inclusive, with the exception of hotel Palm Beach which has a child age of between 2-13 years inclusive.
For holidays to Croatia the child age is valid between 2-11 years inclusive, with the exception of the Hotel Epidaurus in Cavtat which has a child age of between 2-13 years inclusive and Hotel Neptun and Parentium in Porec which has a child age of between 2-14 years inclusive.
For holidays to Romania the child age is valid between 2-11 years inclusive.
Infants
Children are classified as infants if they are under 2 years of age on the date of return from your holiday, not on the departure date from the UK.
Infants under the age of 2 years only pay £30.00 on charter flights Balkan holidays Air (prices for flights with scheduled airlined vary, please check at the time of booking). They will not receive a separate seat on the aircraft or meals in the resort. According to the policy for all UK-registered aircrafts, infants under 6 months of age must sit on an adult’s lap and be secured with an infant lap-strap for the duration of the flight (this will be provided on the aircraft). There is no holiday deposit payable for infants.
Infants are not eligible for a luggage allowance on flights (except for BHAir charter flights for Summer 2014 and Winter 13/14 seasons where they receive a check-in luggage allowance of 10kg).
Expenses, such as cot charges, are to be paid directly to the hotel in resort, but requirements must be specified at the time of booking.
Twin rooms are not large enough to take an extra bed and a full sized cot as well. You can take a folding carrycot however, as long as you accept the room will be very cramped with the extra bed in too.
