In the unfortunate case that your luggage is delayed:
Do not leave the airport until you have informed the handling agent and have completed a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Keep you PIR safe, with your tickets, baggage receipts and any other relevant travel documents.
Once we have located your baggage, we will inform you straight away and ensure it is sent to the address you have written on the PIR.
If you luggage is delayed on your outbound journey please ensure you keep receipt for any emergency purchases you make, so that you can forward them to your travel insurer on your return. Claims for delayed luggage must be made within 21 days.
