Bansko

Money
We recommend that you take Pounds Sterling or Euros with you. If you do take cash, try not to carry large amounts of it around with you when you are on holiday, e.g. in a pocket, wallet or purse. Sterling travellers cheques do not receive as good an exchange rate as cash. Major credit and debit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, are accepted for payment in some of the larger resorts and can be used to withdraw cash from bank ATMs (this service may incur charges, please check with your bank).
Food
There are many culinary delights for you to enjoy ranging from delicious local dishes to haute cuisine. All of the hotels we feature serve freshly prepared local dishes on a half board, bed and breakfast or all inclusive basis. We also feature self catering properties for those of you who prefer to prepare your own meals or eat out. For lunch, there is a good selection of restaurants on the slopes and there are plenty of good restaurants in all of our resorts for clients on self catering or for those who like to eat out in the evenings, which are all great value for money.
