Albena Opens First Beach Library In The European Union
The resort of Albena, Bulgaria were delighted to announce the recent opening of the very first beach library in the European Union and only the third of its kind in the world. According to new ABTA research, one in five holidaymakers are still travelling uninsured. Although the number of those travelling overseas uninsured are slightly down last year's figure of 22% travelling overseas uninsured, ABTA said there has still been a big rise in young holidaymakers travelling uninsured. A third (33%) of 16-24 year olds are travelling uninsured, up from 22% in 2014. A third (32%) of 25-34 year olds are also travelling uninsured, putting these two age groups at most risk should something go wrong. Bansko - Open State Championship in Snowboarding
The main track called Ulen and located near Shiligarnika will hold the open state snowboarding championship. These races are part of the ISF (International Ski Federation) calendar. This fantastic contest will kick start on Saturday with the start of the Olympic parallel giant slalom discipline. On Sunday you can expect a parallel slalom race. Many European athletes are expected to attend this event from countries such as Greece, Romania, Poland, Ukraine, Macedonia, Republic, and Germany. Pamporovo Ski Resort News
Pamporovo is a bright and modern ski resort located in Bulgaria, high in the Rhodope mountains, and is known as the sunniest mountain resort in Europe. Serious Snowfall is expected after November 20th
If you are going on a ski holiday to Bulgaria this year and have any concerns about the weather and wonder if there will be snow then we can confirm that there will be as reports have suggested that there would be a serious snowfall just after 20th of November 2010.
